Snow protection

The use of snow slippage guards is governed by the European standard EN 1991-1-3:2005.
We include snow slippage guards for standard trapezoidal profiles. It is these standard parts which are screwed onto the raised corrugation and, with an implemented 3/4´ pipe, prevent snow and ice from slipping.

Use for the following profiles:

25 mm: TR 45/333
40 mm: TR 35/207, TR 37/200, TR 40/183, TR 85/280, TR 150/280

In order to prevent the ice and snow from slipping under the snow protection pipe, additional ice guards are installed on the 3/4´ pipe in the low corrugations.

We recommend the use of a suitable rubber seal for installation of the snow protection in order to ensure long-term leak-tightness of the trapezoidal sheet roof.

We also carry snow guards for the DP roofing tiles in the respective sheet colours and a in 20-piece set with all of the necessary seals and screws.
